Would it be possible (or already exists and I missed it) to have a living restaurant list at a private URL?

I love being able to bring up my restaurant style list for when guests come over. Unfortunately, each time I drink or add a bottle, I have to go and recreate the PDF. The computer is good at printing a multi-page PDF, but I have found a full page screen shot on the iPad to be the best method as it gives 1 clean PDF that can be scrolled on a phone or iPad.

What I am thinking is a dedicated link per user (opt-in or out), where a set of criteria creates a living website with your cellar. Could share the saved settings from the existing Restaurant Style export, but ideally would be its own set of saved criteria for any differences.

Also, related but different - would be nice to group the "Pending" into its own separate section (so someone doesn't chose a pending wine, but can see them) or have multiple saved preference exports.

What a great idea !

I was just thinking yesterday, that it is a shame to have to print a list every few days. Most of us would have a “living” cellar that changes with regular consumption and purchases. This seems a great solution.

Please consider.

We do allow these for restaurant accounts, but otherwise it would expose a ton of privacy concerns. So it is not an easy change. This reports lets you show prices, private notes etc. Those are not shown in other cross cellar views. So while anything is possible (it is just code after all) this view is not setup the way others are. So it would not be a simple change.

Understand Eric. I was not taking for restaurant accounts, just my personal wine cellar.

Looking for some way to be able to share the list with my house guests in a convenient way. Right now as I said I have to either create the PDF manually and share each visit or hand them my iPad to browse.
