My Dymo 450 no longer is connecting to CellarTracker, and there is no "troubleshoot DYMO printer" link. Anyone have any thoughts

Piggybacking on the OP's message, I'm having the same issue: my Dymo 450 (not Turbo) can not print barcode labels.

I can print the test label via the Automated Troubleshooting Tool, but do not see the "Label Preview" and the "print" button is greyed out.

Any suggestions are most welcome.



Check installation output:
Installed software: Dymo Connect (will load .dymo files)

User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/120.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
DYMO framework version 3.0.0

Everything is working fine, but you have "printed" all of your labels.

Click CUSTOMIZE IN LABEL VIEW at the lower right. On the next screen click on the filter and change it from ONLY UNPRINTED to ALL LABELS.
