How about a slider (not treated as a part of the TN): “Was this ready to drink?” 0 (much too young) to 100 (perfect) to 200 (way past prime)” I don’t always provide a TN if my old TN was pretty reasonable. But tracking maturity is a separate question…

It' s a terrific idea, but we also really don't want to expose more complexity, more fields for people to fill out. If you just make a comment in the note, with AI it is actually very possible for us to mine this sentiment at scale.
