Hi there,

For the past couple of hours, I've been unable to log into CellarTracker from the desktop app. My iPhone app (which was already running), seems to be working as expected, but I'm afraid that if I restart the app or log out, I may not be able to log back in.

Is login working today? Thanks!

Login is fine.

Are you using a VPN? What specific error are you seeing? Generally it is much better to email support@cellartracker.com about login issues, since the entire world can see anything you send us here...

The error message was just that the login credentials were wrong. But I hadn't changed anything related to my creds for months and my iPhone app was working (presumably with the same creds that were unchanged for months).

Anyway, I thought I should try to reset the password on my CellerTracker phone app and that seemed to work. ie. I'm able to login on the desktop as well as mobile app right now.

Thanks for the tip about emailing the support alias. I'll do that in the future.
