Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - Opened for a very special occasion. It needed at least two hours of decanting to start opening up. A relatively reserved style, meaning it’s not overly ripe at all. Lots of layers of flavors, quite structured. Has still a long life ahead. Wish I had more than one bottle left!
