Community Tasting Note

Friday, June 9, 2023 - I don’t have a ton of experience with whites, but this was by far the one that I’ve enjoyed the most. Full body. Thick. Syrup texture. A nice change for me given my love for full bodied reds.

PnP. The wine started of with pear notes and through the night gradually moved towards lemon lime 7Up style (fun!) before ending with melon notes. Enjoyed with haddock and over the course of an hour. Keep it cool. Looking forward to trying it again.
