Tuesday, October 31, 2023 - Still learning these wines and have a ways to go. I enjoy less fruit forward Bordeauxs and appreciate what this wine has to offer

Popped. Left in the bottle. Immediately and throughout the night. Library book/ flint nose and taste.

After 1.5 hours. Heavy cedar. Also throughout the night. Earthy. Barnyard.

At 3 hours. Dark Cherry made a large surprise appearance which was welcomed and exciting. Then it retreated back to its core.
