Sunday, December 10, 2023 - 2 hour slo-ox, then a quick decant: drank over 2 days. Dark cherry, earthy, tobacco, cedar with blackberry and mild tannins. Bright, mouth watering acidity; sumptuous Cab in a great spot right now.
