Saturday, April 27, 2024 - I'm on board with KUUMIES' note from November 2023: this was very shut down. Started off very yeasty with some apples and lanolin making an appearance after a while. Tangy on the palate with citrus and spices and only a hint of the wooliness to come. I last had this maybe 9 months ago and that bottle eventually opened up more than this one did.
