Tuesday, May 7, 2024 - I think I got the last 3 bottles of this last month from FM. After all the positive notes I had to try. I opened this on Saturday before a black tie event, but ultimately never got around to drink it - so it decanted for 5 hours. I could tell it was a bit boozy, disjointed from a quick pour. Put it under vacuum, reopened on Tuesday. This thing was singing, worth every penny. It just needs a bit of time to come together. Typical Benoit plushness.
