91 - fresh and lively bubbles, lemon zest, pear, nice sharp acidity, great length and balance- bubbles not as refined as some champagne but very close for price -

This wine always performs above its price point. Apple and lemon notes with a creamy mouthfeel. The majority of juice in this bottle is from 2016 and then disgorged in 2019 (and purchased on release) A few years of holding always add some weight. 12.5% alc. 04.13.24. With lobster mac 'n cheese. Recommended.

Next level on day 2. Sat out for 2 hours on day 1 and then recorked. Amazing still life left. Lemon, sour apple, dough, mild chalk, orange peel and spice. Super complex. Maybe the best bottle to date.

(NV Roederer Estate Brut Anderson Valley) A very pretty aroma profile speckled with oak spices and lemon curd. The palate is lighter in style, fruit filled with abundant barrel spices.
(NV Roederer Estate Brut Sparkling Wine Anderson Valley) From the moment you pop the cork, you can smell this aromatic sparker which is woven with fresh baked bread notes, yeast, pear, and spices. The oak ageing here provides the palate with a bit of extra richness and depth leading to a lingering finish. An outstanding sparkling wine at this price.
