We agree with the prior review, concerning minerality, pronounced acidity, and greenness. In that sense this chasselas was akin to a grassy Sauvignon blanc. We also agree it would go well with oysters. In that sense, it's like an austere Muscadet. Surprisingly, we did start to notice just a touch of roundness/ creaminess on the third night, gassed and refrigerated in between.

deceptively neutral when first open, especially <50°F/10°C. It takes a few days open to really come into focus, and even then it's virtue lies in its ambience and texture more than volume of aroma or flavor. Very clean and soulful.

Nice, clean & pure. A solid light Chard that's easy to drink and gets better with each sip. Great food wine.

Kinda nondescript really, not a whole lot going on. It's okay, just boring.
