  At Troisgros Michelin-starred (***) restaurant.Nose comes into its own after aeration gaining in complexity. It climbs and climbs and climbs. Very slight grippy sensation / tannins from midpalate onwards which disappears past the 2 hour mark. Nose quite kaleidoscopic to rival any vintage IMO. Great cool fruit persistence. I find the palate lacks in layered complexity and/or riper notes rearing their heads towards the finish to make the experience truly Elite Grand-Cru.

  刚开瓶香气就很扩张，整体香气飘逸且富有高级感，草莓、野樱桃、树莓等红果中，带着一丝丝黑果，呈现出细腻的果浆感，带着奶香，中后段则玫瑰纷飞，稍微有点野味，还有细碎的可乐、山楂泥、陈皮和甘草。入口很宽，十分温柔，但还显得比较平，单宁质量好，密布口腔，带着闪烁的粉质，不过不够立体和纵深。此时主要还是通透而优雅的树莓、樱桃等红果，有娇艳欲滴的意味，中段开始带着甘草和一点点茶叶的韵味，后段有新鲜采撷下来的玫瑰味。余味中长，感觉还略差了口气。
  
  醒酒器半个小时后，依然保持着通透优雅的红果奶油香，带上一些薰衣草味。香气一直在变化，时而染上一抹黑果味，但是轻轻晃杯，又从黑果转变为红果，每次变化都显得果味更加浓郁，是之字型发展的香气。喝起来立体感好了些，比较通透。
  
  一个小时后，呈现出黑樱桃、黑莓等黑果味，还带着咖啡的尾韵。杯中不一会儿，果味又变红，浓郁通透。现在喝起来立体感得到一定补足，整体也有不错的浓度，野草莓、红樱桃和树莓等，带着山楂和甘草缠绕抚摸着口腔。
  
  瓶醒两个半小时后，闻起来香气美妙的身段完全舒展出来，野樱桃、车厘子、草莓、一点酸枣，树莓奶糖，中后段出现的玫瑰花束，檀木和芝麻，精巧、飘逸且优雅。口感此时也与香气匹配，平衡精致，红果和玫瑰香轻轻包裹着舌头，行向喉间，是温柔乡。限于年份，总归在浓郁度和纵深上有一点遗憾。95/100

  Parfymert og hypnotiserende med lys og floral frukt. Wow. Utrolig vin i munn. For en elegant sak. Selvfølhelig ingenting som mangler på kons her, og lettheten er omtrent enestående. Syrlig og lys. Fantastisk.
