Uncork the bottle 1 hour in advance. This is definitely a good wine, no doubt. Tasting note is unnecessary. This drinking nice now. Longer decanted time will be perfect.

There seems to be two schools of thought among recent reviewers here. I personally think it's in a good spot at the moment; fruit forward, pencil shavings, subtle tobacco notes, nicely balanced/structured. Might get better, sure, but good now too.

At CdB 2014 dinner in HK. Still quite dark purple, nose quite closed despite nearly 3 hours of decanting. Well made and healthy fruit but still seems overwhelmingly tannic on the finish and clearly needs more time. Not quite as elegant as I had hoped for. Give it 2-3 years before approaching again.
