  • Wonderful. Peach, pineapple, lemon curd with plenty of acidity and wet stones. Layers and layers. Full body with lots of acidity. great food wine. Long finish. Long life ahead and glad to have more.

  • A little.while since my last btl. On the nose: pineapple guava, vanilla cream, a touch of basil and peach. On the palate: fantastic acidity and density. More pineapple, guava, basil and loads of stony notes. Richly textured, with a grapefruit crescendo on the close. Gorgeous.

  • Serious and fun. A Riesling in disguise. Tastes like a wonderful oaked Chardonnay. Good wood. Banana, lychee, dried pineapple, dried apricot. Dashes of Amalfi lemon. Herbal and smoky. Rich and creamy mouthfeel but impeccably balanced and always uplifting. A lot to like here! (dont expect Riesling though!). Wonderful.
(next bottle after 5 more years - interested to see how this is going to taste when oak will be further integrated.)
After 4 days: more exotic, a bit less structure, but awesome Madagascar vanilla.

  • Pop and pour. This is flat-out gorgeous. The wood influence in this bottle is much less visible, by comparison to my last btl. On the nose: peach, basil, vanilla cream, ripe meyer lemon, so compelling. On the palate: fantastic acidity, amazing density, lovely spiced peach, citrus and a touch of white pepper on the dense finish. Absolutely stunning.

  • Mhmmm.... What a nice way to start the weekend. The color is clear with an almost limegreen tint. Lime, citrus and grapefruit dominates the primary fruit profile while obvious savory notes of white pepper and green basil leafs support gives volume and power to the nose. Floral notes of jasmin brings a very elegant and sexy note to the nose that counteract against the savory notes. The taste is massive with a huge finish. Bone dry and with bone crushing minerality. A razor sharp, lively and vibrant acidity.
