Lemony, steely, and intense and seems like it could age well. Nice Chablis from a producer I’ve not tried much of, but this is excellent for the price.

Minerally driven nose: seashells, wet stone, iodine, lemon blossom. Soft entry backed by a very bright acidity. Fresh squeezed lemon attached with a marked minerality following on the mid. Clean finish. Better when it warms up a bit

Surprised by the acidity of this 2015 compared to other 2015s chablis i tasted from brocard that seemed too ripe. This was just what the doctor ordered ! the acidity will take it farther and this should get better in 2 years or so.

Medium-pale maize color. Buttery nose, to the exclusion of almost everything else. The palate is a bit more balanced, staring with some dilute citrus fruit flavors. This has a bit of a mineral topnote before an abrupt fade. Tastes more like a Chablis AOC than a 1er Cru. Not compelling at the $24 I paid, much less the $32 CellarTracker valuation. Back to Fevre Champs Royaux for me.
