Fruit fading a bit. I wouldn't wait any longer. old world style. balanced, grippy tannins, moderate to long finish. Trinchero gets a lot of flack for producing white zinfandel monster @sutter home, but under their flagship brand, they make reasonably priced, good-to-drink wine. recommend.

Dark chocolate; cherries; dusty; salt and pepper. Full bodied without question, but not overcooked. I like it more than I expected. Actually, I like it period. It’s pretty grippy and could improve some when the grip loosens. With only two bottles total, one left after this one, I think one for later is the play. If this had been a solo bottle I would not regret having opened it.

Notes of back cherry licorice, sage, and chocolate. More tannic than expected given the age.

Strong purple. Very round and smooth. Black fruit present but nicely mellowed. Moderate tannins. Very balanced.
