Pop and pour. Notes from 2 days open. Probably needed the air! On the nose: dense lemon, tangerine, soft almond, a touch of oxidative depth. Tremendously elegant. On the palate: lovely mousse, balanced acidity and density, rich sweet pickled ginger and citrus. Long finish. Excellent, and certainly this is improving with age. Probably still needs at least another 5-10 years or lots of time open.

Light gold color, nose is mostly reticent with some mild bread notes. Tightly streaming tiny bubbles, flavors of pear, showing great precision and acidity, but was too tight and unyielding for a higher score.

France Planning Dinner & Burgs (Bucheron, MPls): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Seemed more closed down tonight, very good still, somewhat less toast and brioche, and just not showing the complexity, pear, broad. 93+pts.

Open for an hour before drinking.
In a word- delicious
Toasted brioche, roasted almonds, lemon meringue pie, citrus dominant, drank better as it warmed slightly.

PNP, creamy lemon with the acidity in balance; outstanding, loved it, drink or hold
