Store SmageDag (Wine in Vein): A very big wine, in the best possible way! Rich yet precise, and very well integrated. Almost hard to pick out individual components of the wine. I can see this continuing to develop nicely over the next five years.

Unbelievably rich and creamy, rivaling California chard for an expression of oak and yeast. Absolutely delicious. There is a little bit of arrichoke and nice, mouthwatering acidity to balance out the buttery biscuits, making this is one quaffable burgundy!

From 375 Light gold Citrus oil aromas and flavors. Big dense stuff this needs time and a decant. Rather heavy on the palate right now, this is tasty now, but I would absolutely hold off

Clear, medium lemon colour. Clean, pronounced nose w aromas of popcorn, cut hay, wallnuts, chalk, fried pork, cloves, cream, bread crust, sweet peach and lemon peel w light orange. Developing aromas. Dry, high acidity, medium bodied and medium alcohol. Med+ intense flavours of lemon zest, chalk, flint, cloves, cut hay, popcorn, bread and peach. Med+ finish. Such complex wine with great mineral core - underneath the fruit lures. Hold if you can.

Golden color. Tremendous reduction. Needs some time.
