Classic GSM - red and black fruits, hints of pepper, tobacco, earth, other spices mixed in; medium tannins and acidity; drinking well now but can continue to age.

Big, earthy, red fruited nose. Aromas of blackberries, strawberries, raspberry jam, leather, earth, licorice, marjoram, oregano, sweet tobacco, and a touch of baking spice. Killer nose.
Wow alcohol is also big and hot. Lots of vanilla on the palate that wasn’t perceptible on the nose. Medium fine grain tannin and medium acidity. Good complexity and a long, grippy finish. Only knock on the wine is the alcohol heat.

Let's say 91+ - with the unknown of where its going. Decanted 30 min prior and then open for 2-3 hours over dinner+
We had this wine with Pork "tomahawk" chops, slow grilled/smoked. And compared it to a Cornas, and a Rhone made by a top CDP maker, from adjacent grapes. This is delicious wine now, and requires no time to soften, but i bet it will gain a lot of complexity over the next 5-8 years.
Typical GSM blend nose and body, but on the restrained and elegant side, with both red and dark fruits, garrigues and some earth. Over the 2-3 hours it was open, ti evolved significantly gaining more depth, earth and complexity and moving closer to the Cornas (a 2015, BTW). Modest acidity so don't keep it for decades - one will do nicely.
I will revisit in a year or two and update. My dates - 2024-2030. Over that time i expect the fruit to recess, and the earth and spice to move forward.

PnP. Good nose showing iron, spicy hints and ripe black fruit, yet quite angular on the palate, medium body, rather tannic, short finish. They say you should start drinking it from 2025, but I cannot see a major improvement in store for this wine.

Translucent ruby red fading to a brick red rim.
