Humming along; darker fruited, more modern Brunello, but so well executed. We visited them in Italy years ago and this still holds up as a supremely serious effort even compared to some of the more traditional gems. Plus I'd say the riper year benefits earlier drinking.

My second time tasting a DCC Brunello. I decanted and strained, and I let it breathe for three hours. The 2017 needs to be cellared for about 7 to 8 years. It is a tannin bomb that has an undercurrent of fruit. I sipped it over three evening's, and it began to open up on evening three. I think that this will be a very nice wine one day, and definitely better than the 2016. Is it worth $60 a bottle? Only time will tell.

Serious (traditional) brunello, bit harsh still. Leave few years. Black cherry, cherry, wood. Think 91-93 in a few years.

붉은 과일향. 입안을 가득 채워주는 포근한 탄닌.
뒤로 갈수록 사랑스런 여인이 들고있는 화려한 꽃다발 같은 느낌의 와인이었다.
