  • cinco hace sixto (rodriguez): 9.5% abv. AP 28. NOSE: serene and subtle, with high-pitched lime/chalk and caper salt. Very clean. Adjustments and air open up sensations of orange filet, lemon blossom, and white lilac. MOUTH: sheer, impacted with information, sinuous, uncommonly transparent, with waves of saline smashing on jagged rocks. Acidity is like a bloom of assassins' daggers. A drink is hyper-mouthwatering, lean, and zealously dry. Flavor/mass quotient is off the charts. It's a little unusual.

24 hours later, the shoe-lacing shows a bit more loosely. When I drink it immediately after feinherb or lieblich, it tastes like celery. I'm glad I could grab another bottle.
48 hours later, it's still servable, but all that time open gains it not. Weigh a barely diminished wine against 48 hours for urself.

  • Nice. Lovely saline streak knits together light, airy acids and a solid apricot-like fruit.

  • Liked this but didn’t love it felt a little RS would have made for a more harmonious experience, lots of Granny Smith apple, pebbles and spices on the nose, tart, tight and focused palate with high acidity and a medium finish. I generally favour high acidity so that what moved it up from 88
