  Light pink with a slight orange tinge and some specks of sediment in the punt. Gentle fizz with a very light mousse on top. Medium intensity nose reminds me of this producer's Mondeuse and Pinot Noir and I'll bet they contribute to this blend. Perhaps some Gamay as well. Nice tangy mandarin and strawberry flavors with an outstanding balance of acidity. Perfect for apps and lite bites, I wouldn't want anything more than that. In fact, I'm digging it the most all on its own to grasp the subtleties that it has to offer. L'Idylle strikes again.
