Definition of "white wine" at Epicurious.com Luca Mazzoleni: Notoriamente la Ribolla Gialla è un bianco duale: naso spaziale su bocca avara. Quante sono le Ribolla che fanno eccezione a questa curiosa discrasia del vitigno ? Nessuna, direi io. Radikon, Gravner, Primosic, Damijan, Il Carpino... tutte le migliori degli ultimi millesimi (97, 98, 99) sovrappongono compendi olfattivi memorabili a progressioni gustative di un'essenzialità (a volte fin piattezza) spiazzante. Idem per la 98 di Gravner. La quale, tuttavia, sebbene più urbana dei pazzeschi ed estremi esperimenti rappresentati dalla 96 e dalla 97, manca un filo di consistenza in bocca (oddio, non che sia magra). Voglio dire, cosa mi dà in più della 98 di Radikon ? Poco nulla, anzi, forse ha un filo meno di focalizzazione aromatica. Trovate infine che l'acidità nel medio-palato sia bassa ?
