    Light medium green-tinged yellow color; very aromatic, mature, spicy, celery seed, baked lime nose; tasty, mature, medium-bodied, creamy textured, celery seed, baked lime, spicy palate; medium-plus finish (30-40% aged in oak for 3 mos, the rest in stainless steel) (91 pts.)
