Good wine. Actually likes this bottle better than the last. Opened it longer before drinking and it definitely benefited. The tannins have soften and it’s full of dark rich fruit. (105 views)

Deep purple in color with a short purple rim.

This Napa Syrah is delicious. Big and bold with lots of fruits.

This Single Vineyard is rich and extracted, and would age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Needs a couple of hours to open up and show the tannins, although, very drinkable right out on the bottle too.

At Baldacci this morning, nose of boysenberry, raspberry, blackberry, and a touch of cinnamon stick and cranberry sauce, same on the palate, medium/big body, bottle had been opened a while so some oxidation, inky fruit, not chewy but wine you want to sip and savor, went well with Elizabeth's cupcake, needs 3 years to peak and the score will improve, long finish.
