Light gold color. Nice bouquet of honey, butter, spice, oak with hints of pear and apple. Absolutely no signs of oxidation and still extremely youthful. Over time the intensity may have become a little less but it is still very fresh and youthful. On the palate it is thick and rich with nice toasty oaky buttery apple and pear flavors with a nice spicy long finish. Tastes like it could keep aging. Delicious now. Impressive. 14% ABV.
