However, it evened out on the second night, showing considerably better balance. | | Tasted by Ekoostik on 5/26/2012: Very light in color, just a shade of pink above a pure white wine really. I found the front end of this wine really quite enjoyable and refreshing. It may be a bit lean for some, as this is not overly fruity anywhere. Still the nose and initial kick has some nice strawberry and 80% fat free cream. The wine has some structure and tannin which just clips the lean profile and finish unfortunately short. That said its still a decent to nice wine for those looking for the leaner/mineral driven Rose. (1385 views) |

A little "rougher" mouthfeel than some of my favorites (Beylesse, Bedrock, Copain), but at the price it's a great "cellar saver" for this bottlings. It does mellow and integrate with time in the glass. I wouldn't be surprised to see this improve for Summer 2013 consumption. (1545 views) |

Second night this shows huge green apple and watermelon jolly rancher on the nose. Palate shows same but buoyed by bright acidity. Too easy to drink. No brainer for the patio (1444 views) |
