=== Tracking your wine with CellarTracker ===
Entering your cellar into CellarTracker can initially be a time consuming task,
but a little preparation can go a long way in making it easier and more
importantly quicker.

It is important to understand that CellarTracker makes a clear distinction
between purchases and your inventory of wine. However, CellarTracker makes it
is easy to enter both a purchase and add it to your inventory in a single step.

Before starting, if you have any existing information on your wine cellar, it
would be helpful to have that information available along with any purchase
information you would like to track.

If you have been tracking your wine collection in an Excel spreadsheet or other
database. You can use export your existing data to an Excel spreadsheet in a
format that CellarTracker can then import directly. See the [BulkImport bulk
import FAQ for more information].
