For a light bodied rose, this one has flavor and complexity to spare. Watermelon color, fresh-cut strawberry aroma and taste, with honeydew melon and tropical fruit hints underlying the strawberry. Extremely pleasing. Aged nicely for a rose. No bitterness, but nicely tart and fresh.
