Tasted by Luvtexwine on 4/25/2014 & rated 90 points: Superb. For a light bodied rose, this one has flavor and complexity to spare. Watermelon color, fresh-cut strawberry aroma and taste, with honeydew melon and tropical fruit hints underlying the strawberry. Extremely pleasing. Aged nicely for a rose. No bitterness, but nicely tart and fresh. (1445 views)
Tasted by Luvtexwine on 7/1/2013 & rated 90 points: Excellent Rose, maybe one of the best we've tasted in a long time. Nose is of real cut strawberry (not artificial strawberry) with a slight pleasant earthiness. Surprising complexity for a rose, with good balance of acidity. Medium weight and medium finish. Some melon and raspberry along with the strawberry on the palate. We went back and bought more. (1676 views)
Tasted by Winiac on 10/9/2012 & rated 83 points: Low in acid and aromatics. Slightly hot. Not very interesting. (2069 views)
Tasted by wdlohr on 10/7/2011 & rated 91 points: Pale watermelon in color. Aromas of pale rose. Significant body and poise. Well done. Has body, balance, and development. (1483 views)
Tasted by wdlohr on 10/7/2011 & rated 91 points: Pale watermelon in color. Faint rose and dark fruit aromas. Significant body well balanced. Tastes like a balanced red. Well done. (2461 views)
Tasted by David_T on 8/7/2010 & rated 89 points: Aromas of strawberries with a hint of herbs/spice. The palate has a great blend of aspects of all 3 of the GSM grapes that make up this wine: strawberries and rich red fruit from the grenache, a bit of a spicy, peppery component from the shiraz and mourvedre, with a very full mouthfeel and a creamy finish. Great summertime wine. (1067 views)
