Tasted by 750ml on 11/10/2011 & rated 88 points: Black cherry, vanilla and some plum on the nose. Plain cherry flavors over a moderately tannic backbone. Medium to full bodied with a decent balance of fruit and peppery spice. Nice medium length finish. (2630 views)
Tasted by sbeanz on 11/2/2011 & rated 80 points: Taste: small fuzzy bubbles; sweeter than expected. Softer than your average Shiraz. Worth possible rebuy (1680 views)
Tasted by 750ml on 10/16/2011 & rated 88 points: Sixty minute decant. Nose of plum, blackberry, vanilla and some indistinguishable herbs. Simple cherry flavors for the palate. Maybe this is a closed stage, and would show better with a few years of cellaring. Elegant medium length finish. Paired with spaghetti Bolognaise. This winery remains one of my favorites with consistent quality from one vintage to the next. (1550 views)
Tasted by 750ml on 10/7/2011 & rated 89 points: Rich nose of blackberry, cassis, vanilla and plum. Medium to thick mouthfeel with partially integrated tannins. Full bodied palate of ripe cherry flavors. Smooth and medium length finish. Would have rated outstanding with some complexity on the palate. Paired nicely with lamb tips over Basmati rice and fresh green beans. (1234 views)

Tasted by atljacket on 5/7/2011 & rated 92 points: One of the nicest Shiraz I have found so far Down Under. Great, complex mouth feel, fruity but not overpowering, perhaps even better the 2nd night after it had a chance to open up more. Definitely will be buying more of this one. (1393 views)
