A gorgeous wine that is incredibly pure, elegant, understated, and really well balanced. Paired this with a tofu salad and an heirloom tomato, basil, and mozzarella salad and it went well with both. Palate follows with really pretty fruit followed by edgy powerful minerality. Great acids. Beautifully complex. Finishes with crunchy red fruit and a long lingering finish of rocks mixed with fruit that just keeps on going. It even held up on day 2. Beautiful.
