Tasted by James Kim on 11/12/2012 & rated 90 points: Drank this bottle a while ago. But just beautiful acidity, verve and balance. Nice. (1223 views)
Tasted by Tim Heaton on 6/24/2012: consistent with my bottle a few months ago, this was another disappointment. Austere, bone-dry, perhaps too delicate. I can not recommend this bottling. 12,5% abv (4563 views)
Tasted by Tim Heaton on 4/18/2012: Lighter-styled rosé with typical, but mostly subdued aromas. The flavors too, are not that vivid. that only leaves the acid, and there really isn't any. Not sure if this was off, but I will hope for a lot more freshness and not what I was hoping for. Not very lively, certainly not compelling. Huge fan of the producer, the region, but not tonight's bottle. One left, higher hopes. 12,5% abv (4579 views)
Tasted by Sakas on 12/29/2011 & rated 92 points: This is just a wonderful wine. If I can risk saying this, perhaps the perfect rose. It is light, fresh, dry, lovely balance between red fruits/minerality/citrus. Above all that the price point is amazing ($12). My last bottle of this, and I can't wait for the next vintage. This was wonderful with an egg scramble in the morning. (5034 views)
Tasted by wineshlub on 12/26/2011 & rated 90 points: Gentle strawberry and spice aromas. Full bodied flavors of stawberry and stone fruits. Citrus dominates the finish. Lively and fresh, some complexity but still light on its feet. Basically, everything one looks for in a rose. Not quite as good as the Baudry, but another very fine rose from the Loire. (5003 views)
Tasted by rhit on 11/19/2011: Nicely tart and mineral, with just enough fruit for me. (4071 views)
Tasted by rentmp3 on 9/18/2011 & rated 91 points: Beautiful salmon color. A fairly subdued nose with hints of strawberry and lemon. On the palate, the notes of strawberry and lemon continue with a wet stone minerality throughout. This wine is dry and has wonderful acidity that keeps it lively and fresh. A gorgeous wine that is incredibly pure, elegant, understated, and really well balanced. Paired this with a tofu salad and an heirloom tomato, basil, and mozzarella salad and it went well with both. An amazing value at $13 and wish I had purchased more. (2277 views)
Tasted by Sakas on 8/29/2011 & rated 92 points: An amazing rose. Still wonderful on day 3 (and I am surprised I let it last this long!). A beautiful salmon color. A beautiful mix of watermelon, lemon, strawberry, floral notes, and wet stone minerality. Medium plus acidity. This is very balanced with an uncommonly long finish for a rose. I am a big fan of this and wish I had purchased more than two! (2153 views)
Tasted by brigcampbell on 8/6/2011: Suntacular 2011 (FMIII Home): First time with with variety. salmon pink color with cherry flavors and floral nose. Nice summer quaffer. (3250 views)
Tasted by Martin Redmond on 8/5/2011 & rated 90 points: Consistent with prior review -50% PN/50% Grolleau. Pretty light salmon pink color. On the nose, wild strawberry, floral, and faint dusty aromas. On the palate, dry, complex and tart with lively acidity, and strawberry, tart berry, and orange flavors. Medium long finish. Very nice! Great value @ $13! Will buy more!

Tasted by James Kim on 7/23/2011 & rated 92 points: Beautiful restrained aromas of strawberries, cherries, cranberries, some flowers and a powerful mineral edge. Palate follows with really pretty fruit followed by edgy powerful minerality. Great acids. Beautifully complex. Finishes with crunchy red fruit and a long lingering finish of rocks mixed with fruit that just keeps on going. It even held up on day 2. Beautiful. (329 views)
Tasted by Personal Opinion on 7/4/2011: a refreshing, quality rose... on the lighter side.. with a fair amount of underlying mineral.. light cantaloupe? subtle florals? subtle strawberry and red fruits dominate the nose and palate... definitely not candied or sweet... with good acidity... overall, refreshing, light, and a good wine for a warm day... and works well to cleanse the palate w/ higher acid foods (like tomatoes & basil.... mmmmmm... which worked very, very well)... a well made wine... best recommended to someone who enjoys an elegant, lighter styled, higher acid rose... candied fruit seekers look else where... this a crisp, refreshing, rose, with a intriguing finish, which mixed well with my tomatoes and basil.. yum.. a pairing worth doing again.. (2374 views)
Tasted by slanum on 7/4/2011: Some rosés edge towards floral, some are more mineral (and lots are just a mess), but this seemed to me to be focused squarely on the fruity end of the spectrum. (Not my first Grolleau, but the first Grolleau-blend rosé I've tried.) (2500 views)
Tasted by Martin Redmond on 6/25/2011 & rated 90 points: 50% PN/50% Grolleau. Pretty light salmon pink color. On the nose, wild strawberry, floral, and faint dusty aromas. On the palate, complex and tart with lively acidity, and strawberry, tart berry, and orange flavors. Medium long finish. Very nice! Great value @ $13! Will buy more! (2513 views)
Tasted by zscheiner on 6/13/2011 & rated 92 points: Watermelon juice and flowers on the nose. Delicate berry fruit on the palate, floral notes, minerality and great acidity. Perfectly balanced, clean, crisp and refreshing but with a depth and interest I don't expect from roses. An RJ recommendation and spot on. (2733 views)
