| | Tasted by nobodycares123 on 5/12/2012 & rated 92 points: A rich body, luxurious syrah. Dark fruits, a hint of smoke with a chewy, lingering long finish with mild acidity. It's absolutely ready to drink now. I chilled it slightly and also gave it some air for about an hour.
I LOVE it.
I love it enough to visit the winery and met the guys who made it. They are a great group of people. Judd (President of Michel-Schlumberger, maker of Humanitas) and Jim spent 4 hours with us and showed us the whole vineyard and winemaking areas. It was quite an education. It's really no surprise that these came from someone with so much knowledge and passion about what they do.
