Nice bouquet of honey, butter, spice, oak with hints of pear and apple. Absolutely no signs of oxidation and still extremely youthful. Over time the intensity may have become a little less but it is still very fresh and youthful. On the palate it is thick and rich with nice toasty oaky buttery apple and pear flavors with a nice spicy long finish. Tastes like it could keep aging. Delicious now. Impressive. 14% ABV.
