Tasted by jleskiw on 5/16/2015 & rated 96 points: Pure elegance in a bottle. Opened and decanted for one to two hrs and was immediately impressed with the structure and nuances of the bouquet. Flavors of back fruits dominate the initial taste, evolving to loamy cedar on the unbelievably long finish. (420 views)
Tasted by WestJohnson on 3/13/2015 & rated 92 points: Dark purple color. Almost, but not quite, opaque. Nose brimming with black fruits and vanillan spice. Roasted meat and plums on the palate. Nice acidity. (788 views)
Tasted by rickv2wine on 12/5/2014 & rated 95 points: Obviously still a very young wine, as it required 30 minutes plus of constant agitation. There is very strong middle reality and tightly wound tannins but absolutely bodacious fruit in this wine. I look forward to the fruit settling down, The tendons unwinding and some of that metal reality integrating with the many other flavors. I will try my other bottles in 3+ years. (1331 views)
Tasted by Gestalted on 12/2/2013 & rated 94 points: Fantastic complexity. Black cherry notes interplay with herbs, licorice and oak. Great finish!

Consumed at at cellar temp: 60°-65° F. Friends don't let friends drink red wine at room temp! (3873 views)
Tasted by peterk on 8/10/2013 & rated 94 points: Consistent with Sunday's bottle - wow! No need to wait - that's the amazing thing about this wine. (4074 views)
Tasted by jaxpaj on 6/17/2013 & rated 92 points: Not a traditional Hundred Acre! There is no way I would of guessed this in a blind. I think this is the vintage Jayson brought in Helicopters to dry the fruit and I can see why he so desperately didn't want to harvest yet. Cranberry driven with touches of oak and fine cigar. Firm tannins are prominent on the finish. (4362 views)
Tasted by artist777 on 4/10/2013 & rated 95 points: Simply delicious! Popped and poured and only got better over the next hour. The dark fruit really came through and the balance with the butter of the oak was really nice on the long finish! Will only get better with additional cellar time. (4262 views)
Tasted by timapalooza on 1/3/2013 & rated 97 points: I love Jayson Woodbridge wines! Great pure Howell Mountain fruit. Intense blackberry with cassis that almost gives this wine a concord-esque flavor profile. Can definitely benefit from at least 2-3 more years in the cellar, but the tannic structure of this wine does not block the fruit. Hundred Acre wines are meant to be big and bold! (4379 views)
Tasted by ClubTerry on 10/20/2012 & rated 94 points: Very solid wine. Probably needs a few more year in the cellar but still drinkable with a long decant. (3579 views)
Tasted by peterk on 8/4/2012 & rated 94 points: Wow! Needs time, but who can wait. Big, bold, rich, beautiful Cali Cab. (3295 views)
Tasted by B Paul on 7/28/2012 & rated 94 points: Very well made. Followed over three hours. Showed well, but I could also tell it was holding something back. I'd say holding for another year or two will be rewarded. If not, give it a good decant. 94+ (2989 views)

California is one of the most diverse wine regions in the world, with almost 100 grape varieties grown in over 100 viticultural areas, including dozens of different microclimates and soil types, as well as a very individualistic set of winemakers, many with international experience, which adds to and deepens that diversity.
