Tasted by MurphyCellar on 7/1/2014 & rated 94 points: Deep berry and cherry flavors. Full bodied with an incredible finish. (726 views)
Tasted by sjr on 3/7/2014: I can't tell if this wine is oxidized or just really hot from the alcohol, but this is not a pleasant drink. Some brambly raspberry on the nose, but quite hot. In the mouth, pinching acidity. Sour. More of the raspberry. Quite smooth in terms of tannin. Sour finish. (760 views)
Tasted by wdlohr on 12/22/2013 & rated 92 points: Deep and plush with full body and tannin. Good wine with Fa. Joe (916 views)
Tasted by Ewhite30 on 11/27/2013: Tart raspberry softened by vanilla notes and jammy blueberries. Fruit and dust across the palate. Drinking well. (879 views)
Tasted by Kropsterapeut on 7/6/2013 & rated 93 points: I love the Zinfandel grape, it's so easy to drink, of course I love a complex wine, but sometime it's just nice to have a wunderfull experience. It had a good balance between fruit and alkohol and still with a touch of acid. (1109 views)
Tasted by Ewhite30 on 5/23/2013: We took it to a dinner and I don't think it had enough air time to really hit it's full potential. Fruit forward with nice blackberry aromas matched with a dusty quality that I enjoyed. Some subtle spice on the back end as well. I'll give the next bottle at least a full hour decant. (677 views)
Tasted by ToddS on 4/14/2013: Thin AND alcohol. Not even close. Hopefully the second bottle will show better. (702 views)
Tasted by MPAN on 12/30/2011 & rated 89 points: Medium red; nose of blueberry, blackcurrant, very intense and powerful; very dense intense smooth velvety attack, sweet and deep, almost (light) port-like, but kept well in balance; a bit on the hefty side though, although not jammy; tasting well (1413 views)
Tasted by dhuman on 8/4/2011 & rated 91 points: One of my favorites this Zin. Drink by the fire, let it open up. Nicely complex and earthy, easy to place from the Willamette Valley. Good anniversary wine :) (193 views)
Tasted by Tarstmartin on 4/3/2011 & rated 94 points: Wow! Simply amazing zin purchased at the winery. We hope we can get more of this vintage. The zin is compelling on the nose with hints of berries and straw. No oak or tannin to make you look for a strong cheese to pair. The finish is somewhat mild but bright. The wine is unabashadley a top zin. Nice legs too!

Tasted by BackroadsPDX on 2/26/2011 & rated 90 points: Great nose on this Zinfandel, as it is not bogged down with an overabundance of oak or jammy fruit. It's actually quite feminine and floral. A little raspberry, a little moist dark earth, a little creaminess. Very nice. On the palate it has a refreshingly light mouthfeel for a Zinfandel. Very unique guava flavor. I can hardly believe this is Zinfandel! Nothing like your California counterparts. More guava and tropical fruits on the finish. My only complaint is a little lack of firm structure that I look for in a Zin. Other than that a very interesting effort. (1348 views)
