 Tasted by domco on 4/27/2015: Kicking myself for not buying more as I thought this wine was electric. Tart, crisp, mouth-watering. Delicious. (1584 views)
 Tasted by Rich S on 3/21/2015 & rated 92 points: Pale straw color. Nose was a bit closed at first but after about an hour it showed aromas of green apple, lemon custard, white flowers and crushed rocks. Mostly tart apple and citrus flavors on the palate with a clear streak of minerality. Taut mouthfeel with lots of acidity and a clean finish. The best sips were the last ones when the wine had been open for a while and warmed up to close to room temperature. This is really well made chardonnay in a restrained and precise style. Will hold my remaining bottle for another year or so. (1518 views)

 Tasted by alanr on 3/7/2015 & rated 95 points: The nose just exudes minerality, like rain water washing down a granite cliff, followed by a medium intense palate, somehow deeply flavorful and at the same time elegant and airy, with notes of stone fruit, lemon curd, wonderfully balanced acidity, and a long, tingly, mineral/saline finish. Maybe I'm kidding myself, but this could be a Grand Cru Chablis. Fantastic. (1729 views)
 Tasted by Anonymous on 2/11/2015 & rated 91 points: Popped and poured, followed approximately 3 hours. Light straw gold in colour, with a slight green tinge. On the nose, lemon drop, lime zest, honeydew melon, fresh herb, crushed rock, slight vanillin oak and custard. On the palate, quite lean, with medium plus acidity. The finish is of moderate length, framed with tastes of lemon zest, mineral and herb. This is my fourth experience with this particular bottling, all consistent notes. Not sure what the future holds for this wine, as it is leaner and higher acid than both the 2009 and 2010 vintages, as well as lacking a bit of complexity and exuberance. While well made, and quite enjoyable, I'm not sure this will hit the same heights, even with further time in the bottle. My recommendation would be to hold and hope for the best. (1875 views)

Disappointed in reviews that criticize the lean style of this wine since that is the beauty of it. If you are expecting a Kendall Jackson chard or want to make Sangria you should go elsewhere.  Tasted by Wine Canuck on 11/17/2014 & rated 91 points: A Casual Monday Night in Toronto (Fine Wine Reserve, Toronto, ON): (bottle was opened 24 hours prior) I always find Ceritas to be a more lean, restrained style and this is no exception. Perhaps even more so due to the cool 2011 vintage. The oak influence is almost non-existent and there is very little oxidative character. There is a nice leesy custary component due to extended lees contact however which is quite appealing. The nose reveals a melange of stone/orchard/citrus fruit, lemon custard, green grape skins, honeydew melon and a slight green/herbal note. The palate is very high acid with an appealing creamyness. The finish isn't terribly long, but reveals a pleasant floral note. Good solid wine, which represents the producer and vintage well. (2016 views)
 Tasted by jrobs7777 on 10/31/2014: One trick pony, in my view. Lots of acidity and lots of citrus. I imagine a lot of people would have a hard time identifying this as a Chardonnay. Its got enough body to set it apart from Sauvignon Blancs but it is steely and bracing. I've had INOX Chardonnays that I've enjoyed, but this lacks the complexity and depth of some of the better unoaked Chardonnays I've had in the past. (2073 views)

 Tasted by BigTex22 on 8/17/2014: With the upcoming release of the 2012 PB Ceritas, we wanted to open a bottle. Popped and poured, and followed this over the next few hours. Soft citrus nose, very restrained. Silky mouthfeel, and then the edgy citrus and acid kicked in. This has a lot of acidity. I mean, a lot. We were sipping this by itself after lunch, but it would have really benefited from food. Given the price and the acid kick, I prefer something a bit more middle of the road, like a Liquid Farm White Hill - not quite as much acid and $15 less per bottle. While not a bad wine, it's definitely an acquired taste. May settle down after a few more years...we'll see. GOOD. (2056 views)

Lively minerality and acidity; very pure and well made but doesn't have the amount of complexity and vibe I anticipated of a wine of this price.  Tasted by galewskj on 8/15/2014: This wine was drinkable, and I would serve it to my non-wine friends. There were no flaws. I found zero interest in it. Quite acidic and thin, reminiscent of taking a chance on an $6 bottle of white wine at the local wine shop and being dissapointed by the outcome. Except in this case, move the price over 1 decimal point. I don't know what else to say, because there's nothing there. I opened this to feel out the producer before they offer the 2012's. I'll try to open a 2011 Peter Martin Ray before then, as I see no redeeming value in this bottle. (2108 views)

The palate exhibits lemon rind, lime zest, honeysuckle, and saline flavors, which are elegant and balanced by the racy acidity. Medium body, nice texture, and medium-long finish. (2283 views)

Tight and young at first on the palate, then slowly unveiling layers of acacia, oak, apple core, grapefruit. Very precise and taut with high acidity and rocky spine. Medium-to-long finish of stone and white fruit. Needs plenty of time. Evident quality even at this young age. (2406 views)

 Tasted by Seafoam Manor on 5/26/2014 & rated 89 points: Part of me thought that this might be mildly corked, but I wasn't a hundred percent sure. Light gold color, with a pretty robust nose of white flowers, citrus, apples and light oak notes. The palate was pretty one-dimensional and dominated by lemon notes and a slight cream. This was a lot more muted and less complex than any other Ceritas I've had. I'm not sure if this is just from colder vintage or if this bottle was a little off.
