Tasted by ndsperry on 4/24/2021 & rated 91 points: This wine still has a ruby core despite its age and a first nose of honey and cherry pie. The second nose - after a swirl - was leather, lanolin and damson jam. The palate was soft but with some tannic structure. Lots of acidity, which has kept the wine relatively fresh; and plum, nectarine skin and tobacco notes on a very long finish.

I bought a case of this wine at auction recently and am utterly delighted. I had thought that I might try to sell some on, but after this first bottle am inclined to keep a jealous hold. (880 views)
Tasted by Unclequarian on 12/9/2019 & rated 91 points: Compared to other Corbieres, this is superb. Long, fruity, and the slightest hint of pine on the aftertaste. Delicious.. (1306 views)
Tasted by RLVas on 2/22/2016 & rated 87 points: Beautiful deep color. Medium body. Lots of favors but not fruity. Still has sharp/rough tastes. (3080 views)

Nice but has some harsh edges, need to give it more time. (3376 views)

Tasted by Jamiemiff on 6/21/2013 & rated 89 points: Wine society wine champion 2013. Cherries / Blackberries but a lot rounder / smoother / balanced than most. Lafite Rothschild vineyard etc. (2923 views)
