Community Tasting Notes (average 86.7 pts. and median of 86 pts. in 6 notes) - hiding notes with no text

Tasted by Grochol on 10/11/2018 & rated 84 points: Nose: macerated cherries, earth, thyme, barnyard, hint of rum
Taste: medium bodied, medium+ tannins, medium acidity, dried red fruits, cherry, strawberry, leather, earth, thyme, gamey, rustic (627 views)
Tasted by The years of the grape on 4/22/2017 & rated 86 points: Countryside aromas: flowers, red cherry and raspberry, but also earth, soil, dried leaves and barnyard. Good acidity, but a bit thin body and subdued tannins. I would have preferred more assertiveness from this one. (1056 views)
Tasted by Soteriologist on 1/9/2016 & rated 89 points: [Tasted at Garibaldi Marienplatz]
Much less aggressive, acidic and eccentric than the 2009. Still a slight yummy barnyard note in there, all the herbal stuff, the leather and the licorice, but the cherry comes out more and it is actually a decent sipper, not just a food wine as before. Overall not as outstanding in the sense of eccentric as a food wine as the 2009 but better as allrounder. If the 2009 was a wild animal, this is a dressage horse.

Consider this judgement with caution, based on tasting only 0,03 l.
Good qpr ! (1782 views)
Tasted by olracx62 on 8/24/2015 & rated 87 points: simple but effective Carignano from Santadi. Chocolate, smoke and liquorice above all. Some spices too. Unparalleled PQR at 6 eur. A piece of Sardegna in a glass (1468 views)
