I wouldn't hold these a lot longer, but if you like an aged Cab, at 15 years from vintage, this is drinking well. The nose has cassis and dust and slightly old oak/wood. Layers of complexity. Very balanced. Plenty of cassis left as well as some forest floor qualities. Food friendly. (1540 views)

We ate at home as dinner at Daniel was cancelled. Pork chop with b sprouts and corn pudding. Very good combination. Not a WOW wine but very good and elegant. Nice color, noe an on palate more typical cab franc. Yummy but time to drink. (1498 views)

The silky smooth tannins & lingering finish were off the charts. The nose was just as amazing as the taste. The dark purple fruit was graceful as it hit the mid palate & I really enjoyed this.
