| ||Tasted by NeuroWine on 11/22/2009 & rated 95 points: Ruby color, very fragrant, floral, and fruit-forward. Was excellent with baked mashed potatoes with cheese and truffle oil, milder cheeses, and caramel salt chocolate. Also very nice with veg and grilled steak. As noted previously, this is a beautiful, well-balanced wine. (1499 views)|
| ||Tasted by NeuroWine on 11/22/2008 & rated 95 points: Intense ruby. Fruit evolved nicely over about 2.5 hours. Excellent with grilled meat - flank, tongue, rib-eye marinated in a variety of ways (Japanese). Equally good with earthy vegetables - kabocha, asparagus. Very well-balanced, smooth tannins, moderate oak. Simply a beautiful wine, well-crafted. Difficult to find. (1661 views)|
