Community Tasting History

Community Tasting Notes (average 84 pts. and median of 84 pts. in 2 notes) - hiding notes with no text

Tasted by jjclips2 on 11/21/2006 & rated 80 points: Typical Chianti characteristics of acidic cherries, tobacco leaves, oak spice. Light to medium bodied, short finish with moderately firm tannins, and an acidic finish made for a good wine with pasta marinara, but not very enjoyable on its own. I guess there is a reason Italians make their wine to go with food. (2227 views)
