The oak and butter were blended perfectly with the most amazing rich golden hue, with legs that evaporated into amazing complexity in the mouth. I had forgotten the bottle was there -- and so it was now 8 years old -- but absolutely worth the wait. Too bad I can't have another...Delicious in every way.
