Served to accompany veggie stuffed peppers starter course. Opened and poured immediately as not sure how long would last in the glass. Still looking fresh when poured into the glasses. Medium amber colour. Very dry, smoky, peaches. This has kept remarkably well and I think could keep yet longer if stored well. Excellent.
