I enjoy the Schramsberg Blanc de Noir in its youth (4-6 years past vintage date) and based on this bottle, that seems to be when it's at its best. The perlage was suprisingly strong for its age and it had a nice nutty, melon sorbet flavor-profile but little to no finish. (3606 views) |

Today, wine production is undertaken in all fifty states, with California producing 84% of all U.S. wine.
