Scott was a gracious and knowledgeable host during our recent visit to Wind Gap. Really enjoyed spending some time with him chilling outside the winery in the warm CA sun. Great conversation about the Sonoma wine scene and Wind Gap wines.
Scott brought out a couple of wines from a dinner he attended the night before in SF.

Exotic nose of tropical fruit and spice. Mineral and acid driven palate with waxy body. Medium finish. Interesting and refreshing.

Gorgeous nose of minerals, white fruit and stones. Palate is acid driven and awash with minerals, slate and lime notes. Long finish with delicious mineral notes. Terrific Chablis-like Chard. Excellent.
