subtle notes of honeysuckle but a little lightweight.

corked
an old school Rayas that's rich and earthy, with lovely exotic aromas.

gorgeous aroma of cherry tart, spice, stem and dried flowers. some thought it was Dujac's Echezeaux. a little short on the finish but loved the nose.
primary and dense. too oak dominant, almost new world style. didn't do it for me.
decanted for 2 hours. still a lot going on: kirsh, fruit cake, liquorice... a bit too pruney for my liking.
2.5 hours in decanter. powerful and bursting with flavours but not as exotic as last time i tasted. seems like it's still holding back a little. should revisit again in a few years.
decanted for half an hour. absolutely sensational. renders one speechless. can't really ask for more. perfect claret for me.
