Nice light color with lovely floral and melon flavors. On the palate, this is a bit richer, round and more full than one would expect based on the bouquet. Nice fruit- full of flavor. I'd like just a touch more acidity on the palate.
Decanted briefly off its sediment about three hours prior to dinner. Notes of leather, plum, dark fruit and violets. Opened up nicely over the course of the evening. Well-balanced, with lovely dark fruit, leather and plum tones. Long finish.
Opaque inky color. Aromas of blackberry, florals, dark fruit and something a bit wild- almost feral. Good acidity with a nice mix of red and dark fruit with a nice meaty streak. 90-92 pts.
The 2005s remain my favorite Turley vintage due to it being cooler and less ripe. Lovely red fruit, berry and raspberry tones, with nice acidity and a decent finish. Has a subtle floral quality too. Balanced and elegant, but shows Zin character. Very nice.

Decanted about three hours prior to dinner. Aromas of incense, black cherry and blue fruit. Blue and black fruit and vanilla flavors, with firm, sweet tannins. A bit monolothic at this stage.
From 750ml. Deep honeyed color. Typical Gewurz nose with oosberry and lychee, but with a honeyed edge; also burnt sugar and baked stone fruit notes. Rich fruit on the attack, with tropical fruit, lychee, honey and melon flavors. Long finish. 94-95 pts.
