Clear, med- ruby / clean, med+ intensity - black cherries, forest floor, black tea/ dry, med+ acidity, med intensity with chewiness of the fruit, med tannin, med+ length, all in finesse and elegance. Smoother finish compared to the same vintage villages Chambolle-Musigny AOC which left a dryer mouth (black tea like).

Clear, pale ruby getting to a red brick on the hue/ clean, low intensity - bing cherries / dry, med+ acidity, crunchy texture, med length and intensity.

Clear, pale ruby/ clean, med- int. - liquorice, earl grey tea, dryed prune / dry, med+ acidity, med tannin, creamy texture, austere but a nice intesity and length. Preferred that one to the 07' Clos des Porrets.

Clear, med- close to purple color / clean, med+ int. - black cherries, blackberry, floral (violet) / dry, med lively acidity, med length, med+ intensity - wet stone minerality, med length and well balanced. Smooth texture but like to see it with more age.

Clear, pale ruby / clean, high intensity - redcurrant, raspberry, orange peel, gently smoky (bacon fat), spellbinding perfume / dry, med+ acidity, med+ body, long finish, lots of depth with a solid structure, flavorfull and fruity middle palate. My personal favorite of the morning tasting!

Clear pale bright ruby (a few residuals) / clean, med- intensity - earthy notes (wet leaves), raspberry / dry, med+ acidity (sour cherries), very well balance and surprising med tannins with some grip. I would have preferred that one with food

Clear, med to pale ruby (with the hue going to an orange phase)/ clean, med+ int. - dryed red berries, spices, graphite / dry, med+ acidity, med+ intensity, med body with an earthy fmed to long finish. My 2nd favorite of the morning tasting.

Clear, pake brick / clean, med+ int. - raspberry, forest floor, cinnamon stick, mineral / dry, med+ acidity, med- velvety tannin, med intensity with a few layers that unfold and quite saline finish.
Clear, med- ruby / clean, med to high intensity - raspberry, grilled hazelnut, smoky / dry, med acidity, med- body, smooth low tannin, creamy texture, dried fruit (prunes) and liquorice in the finish
Clear, pale ruby with an orange hue / clean, med int. red berries, wet forest floor, mushroom, barnyard, orange peel / dry, med to high acidity (mixed of bing cherry and citrus like), med- body, very well balance and I was quite surprised by the depth and complexity for a vintage known as way below an average year for the Cote de Beaune.

Clear (with a ton of deposit), med dark brick / clean, med to high intensity - toasty smoke, mushroom, lightly cooked blackberries, old leather / dry, med+ acidity, med- body, med tannin, med to high intensity, med+ length.
