Introduction

The DAWGS gathered for their monthly wine dinner at Villa's Open Fire Grill in Irving, Texas. Our theme for the evening was "Wines from Spanish Speaking Countries". Here are the results:

    Rose petal colored in the glass, clear looking with tiny, fast dissipating beading. Nose of cherries, berries and a hint of bubble gum. Flavors of berries, strawberries, raspberries and a little cherry on the finish. Medium to bright acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink or hold.
